Plankton at Fondation Cartier Paris

From July 2 , 2016 to January 8, 2017, the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art in Paris presents “The Great Animal Orchestra” featuring the sound work of Bernie Krause, paintings , portraits and videos of the animal world by Japanese, Chinese, Africans , South and North Americans and French artists. Our immersive exhibition “Plankton – at the origins of life” includes a series of 15 portraits of planktonic organisms, a tribute to “Tara Oceans” and the installation by Shiro Takatani with sounds by Ryuichi Sakamoto designed for the “Kyotographie Festival”.
